The Significance of a 5 Million Petition to the ICC

The ICC trial of William Ruto, Uhuru Kenyatta will only stop if the Security Council of the UN thinks regional or national security around Kenya is under serious peril. So how do you get the UN Security Council to conclude that Peace and Security is under threat? First file a Petition containing signatures of persons whose numbers EXCEED those of that elected the incumbent president. That is the overt message to the UN and the ICC..the covert message, or sub text is that there are 5 million Kenyans who will form one side of a conflict in Kenya.....if one were to arise.....and they are from two of the most pospulous groupings in Kenya...and you think the ICC will not sit up and listen? touche....
